Embroidery

We happily accept all file types, as long as they’re high resolution! For our first-time customers, there’s a one-time fee of £25 to convert your logos or graphics into an embroidery format (digitizing). The best part? We’ll keep your embroidered artwork on file for all your future orders, making it even easier next time!

Print - Vector AI files and EPS files

We love working with vector files, especially Illustrator (AI) and EPS formats, because they deliver the highest quality prints! The magic of vector files is that they maintain their crispness and clarity, even when zoomed in—no jagged edges or distortion here! On the other hand, bitmap images can get a bit blocky and pixelated when you zoom in.

To ensure the best results, please avoid creating a bitmap file and just saving it as an AI or EPS. It will still be a bitmap and might need a re-draw at an extra cost to make it usable. We’re here to help you get it just right!

Print - Pantone Spot Colors

We recommend converting all colors to spot colors for the best results! In Illustrator and other design software, you can easily select and change individual colors to their Pantone equivalents. If you need help, feel free to check the software documentation or look online for more tips!

When it comes to screen printing, we print one color at a time. That’s why we need color-separated files—it helps us print each color efficiently and beautifully. We’re excited to help you bring your designs to life!
