What are our lead times?

We aim to decorate and dispatch all goods within 10 to 14 working days from receipt of garments and artwork approval.

How can you pay?

We will happily accept all major Credit and Debit cards together with cheques and BACS transfer.

Returns

We’re happy to replace any faulty customised items for you. However, since custom-made pieces are created just for you, we can’t offer returns on items that aren’t faulty. So, we recommend taking your time when designing your custom clothing to ensure it’s perfect before submitting your order.

You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty and within the manufactures warranty period.

Will I receive a proof before my order is produced?

Yes, for every new embroidery design created we will send you a photo swatch for approval prior to decorating any garments – changes can certainly still be made at this point should you wish for us to amend the embroidery file.

Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

For customised orders, we will provide a photo visual proof for approval before your garment enters production, you can request changes at this stage. Once the garment is in production, no further changes can be made.

For non-customised orders, as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched, we should be able to accommodate your request.

If you need to make any changes, please call us as soon as possible on 01638 661991, and we will do our best to assist you.
