Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Your Logo Here (“YLH”) and its customers.

YLH agrees to fulfill customer requirements as specified in written instructions provided by the customer and recorded in writing between both parties.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment for goods must be made at the time of ordering. If payment has not been received by the last day of the month following delivery, interest will accrue at a rate of 10% per annum from the invoice date.

Ownership of goods supplied by YLH remains with YLH until full payment is received as cleared funds for the entire order.

Customers requesting changes to design, artwork, or other aspects of an order must submit their request in writing. YLH will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such changes but reserves the right to charge for additional costs incurred. Customers will be notified of these costs at the time of the request. Any changes to an order may also affect the initial delivery timeframe. Orders requiring new artwork will not proceed until the customer signs off on the artwork.

YLH reserves the right to accept or decline returns at its discretion, except where a return is due to an error on YLH’s part. Returns are not accepted for customised goods (e.g., embroidery, printing) or items that have been used or modified by the customer.

Returned products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. YLH reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns. Such items may be returned to the customer at their expense or be subject to a re-packaging fee.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, including repeat or new orders, unless otherwise agreed.

Any disputes regarding these terms or contracts will be governed by English law.

YLH reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed online or over the phone.

These terms do not affect customer statutory rights.

Email discount codes cannot be applied to existing promotions (e.g., bundles, packs) and are valid only for online purchases. Usage of discount codes is at YLH’s sole discretion.

Colours shown on the website may differ from actual product colours. For accurate sizing, please refer to our size guide. Contact us with any inquiries.

Some products advertised as VAT-free may require specific conditions to qualify. For example, safety footwear purchased for personal use may be VAT-exempt, but employer purchases require VAT. Customers must inform YLH if their purchase qualifies for VAT exemption; otherwise, VAT will be applied.

YLH reserves the right to refuse orders that contain:
(a) Offensive words or slogans
(b) Offensive graphics or icons
(c) Copyrighted material, images, or phrases
